Level 4 Technical Support is available for all Managed File Transfer products including MFT Server, MFT Gateway and MFT Monitor. Customers with Level 4 Technical Support will receive priority 24/7 access to technical support via Help Desk and Phone and a guaranteed response time of 2 hours for up to 3 designated points of contact. Prices quoted are yearly and require an active maintenance contract for purchase.
